The tractor reminds me of the day Charlie drove onto the camp ground the beginning of July, cleared the grounds of all the rotten trees that had been cut the previous year right after camp, and quietly drove away when finished. What a blessing that was!
Charlie left a legacy of what a real Christian is! He always had a friendly greeting and smile, a sweet Christian spirit, a special sense of humor, and he was always faithful and consistent in exemplifying Jesus Christ. He's been a part of Richland Camp since my family began attending when I was just a young girl, and he's left an empty place in all our hearts! The camp family reunion crowd in Heaven is growing fast, and Charlie is now a part of it. My sympathies are with you, Marvin, Lorie and family, but I'm so thankful we know your father is with the Christ he served so faithfully! -Joyce Lambeth-
